Infolock Solution Critical Care provides clients with access to Infolock’s team of engineering and consulting experts for Support (reactive) and Added-value (proactive) services in support of its Symantec application environments.  

 

Note: Solution Critical Care is not intended to function as Tier 1 support for Severity 1 or Severity 2 issues where a system or product is in an inoperative condition or software operation is severely restricted.  If clients are experiencing any issue with its applications that is having a severe impact on or is endangering its production environment, it is expected that CLIENT will seek assistance directly from Symantec Support.
